"The Burmese government television and communication department has ordered the people to register their TV to have a license and the State authorities are strictly implementing for it in southern Burma.
?The government ordered it last week and it authorities are collecting the number of TV from every home in southern Mon state,” said a TV owner U Hla Khaing..."
