Three returnees taken back to village

"...THREE returnees from an IDP camp in Bangladesh were taken to their place of origin after officials provided them aid yesterday. One man and two women of a family were accepted at the Taungpyo Letwe Reception Centre in Maungtaw Township, Rakhine State, on 7 March. Immigration officials issued National Verification cards to the returnees. Afterwards, they were provided with healthcare and aid and taken to the Hlaphoekhaung Transit Centre yesterday. At the Transit Centre, officials provided them rations, including rice, cooking oil, salt, peas, and kitchen utensils. The three returnees were then taken to the Kanyintan (Myoma) Village in the township and handed over to the village administrator at 11.30 a.m...
