The Supreme Court of the Union shall have the exclusive original jurisdiction in all matters arising under any treaty made by the Union -- Yangon, 1 Sept - The Panel of Chairmen of the Plenary Session of the National Convention presented Fundamental Principles and Detailed Basic Principles adopted by the National Convention in drafting the State Constitution to the Plenary Session of the National Convention. The following is detailed basic principles regarding sharing of the judicial power in the chapter Judiciary, and the chapters the Tatmadaw, Citizenship, Fundamental Rights and Duties of Citizens read out by U Maung Hla (a) U Hla Myint of Delegate Group of National Races...Every citizen who is eligible to vote and who has the right to vote by the law shall cast only a vote for each Hluttaw at a constituency -- Yangon, 1 Sept.
