Even outside of their camps and stations, they do not feel safe, constantly fearing for their lives in what they perceive as enemy territory. Our PDF Tatmadaw is successfully implementing the "People's Warfare Strategy" through the active participation and cooperation of the entire populace. As a result, the terrorist military is facing resistance from the people's revolutionary forces spanning from the northernmost region of Putao to the southernmost areas of Myeik and Dawei. Thanks to the unwavering support and perseverance of our people, we have gained dominance over many rural areas. In addition, urban guerrilla activities in cities such as Yangon, Mandalay, and Naypyitaw have posed a significant threat to the terrorist military. It is clear that the military is no longer able to suppress our people's revolution, both physically and mentally. I would like to extend my sincerest congratulations and appreciation to the entire populace, as well as the members of PDF, for their unwavering efforts in achieving this remarkable progress just before the second anniversary of our armed revolution against the military coup. Dear Comrades, We must remain vigilant and aware of the fact that the terrorist military is making every effort to crush our people's revolution, even in the face of their own crises on all fronts. They are targeting innocent civilians and subjecting them to terror, as they are unable to defeat our PDF Tatmadaw. Their indiscriminate air assaults continue to pose a major threat especially to civilian targets. As is typical of fascist military forces, they are burning and destroying civilian villages with impunity. It is our duty as members of PDF Tatmadaw to protect our people's welfare and stand up against such heinous acts of violence. Dear Comrades, As our People's Revolution and PDF Tatmadaw continue to gain momentum and make progress, it is important to remain vigilant and mindful of a certain situation. The enemy is now resorting to all means to discredit our revolution, tarnish the image of our PDF Tatmadaw, and sow disunity among us. While we fight against the terrorist military, we are also working tirelessly to build a disciplined and strong PDF Tatmadaw that adheres strictly to the code of conduct. You all understand that the effectiveness and efficiency of our PDF Tatmadaw are crucial to the success of this Revolution. Dear Comrades, I cannot overstate the critical importance of unity and strength in our PDF Tatmadaw for the success of our revolution. Each and every one of you has a responsibility to uphold, protect, and promote the positive image of the PDF Tatmadaw. You have the power to enhance the good reputation of our army, but also to tarnish it. To ensure there is no ambiguity, let me make it clear that it is crucial for each and every one of you to comprehend and fully grasp this message. It is imperative that our PDF Tatmadaw continues to maintain its position as a highly respected institution among the public, and a force that is dear to them. Conversely, it is well-known that the terrorist military is nothing more than a group of killers and robbers that is deeply despised by the public. They do not deserve to be referred to as "Tatmadaw" in any manner. Although both groups may hold weapons, the reasons for doing so differ significantly. Our PDF Tatmadaw arms itself to protect and safeguard the welfare of the people, whereas the terrorist military arms itself to kill and torture our own people. It is evident that there is a vast difference in the meaning and essence of holding arms between our PDF Tatmadaw and the terrorist military, and it is important that this difference is fully comprehended. Dear Comrades, As we enter the second year of our people's revolution in 1385, it's crucial that we stand together and continue our struggle with ‘one united voice and effort.’ The success of our revolution and our future depend on the unity and competency of our PDF Tatmadaw.
