The survey-study, jointly conducted by Innovations Poverty Action (IPA), the International Growth Center (IGC), and Yale University, USA, was revealed yesterday at a workshop in Dhaka. The outcome of the survey is based on extensive interviews with more than 25,000 Rohingyas. The survey-study was carried out between March and August in 2019. However, the survey also reveals that more than one-quarter of the forcibly displaced Rohingyas were separated from their families. "The data of Rohingyas and host communities allows us to actually understand the population we work with, which will allow organizations to better target and design their programs to efficiently meet the needs," said Imran Matin, Executive Director of BRAC Institute of Governance and Development..."
