November 30, 2003:
Arrow Myanmar Motorbike company gave 20 million kyats to Military Southeast Command to have a contract making licence for unlicenced motorbikes that import from Thailand and China.
Now the company has already issued temporarily document to the unlicenced motorbikes owners in Mawlamyine, Mon State city.
