Note to OK:

OK you do not make any sense. Sanctions in a dictatorship such as we have in
Burma hurts "the rulers and the rich" mostly. Conditions for the vast majority
who are poor is basically unchanged. The poor will be poor under any system,
but with military rule, they are also "miserable" because their minds are not
free.

Hope you and your kind begin to see reason and decide it is time for change.
