express support for House Bill 2833, <italic> An Act to Regulate 
State Contracts with Companies Doing Business with or in the 
Country of Burma (Myanmar) <italic>. As you know, the governor 
signed this bill on June 25; it is now Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1996.
