"Three Pagoda Pass Township authorities today take all seized unlicensed cars with arrangement of beef security to the South-East Command based in Moulmein (Mawlamyaine) along a main road to Thanbyuzayat.
These unlicensed cars were seized or the owners were forced to offer in the end of March 2005, after military government SPDC ordered to turn up unlicensed cars and offer to the government country-wide..."
