Pyidaungsu Hluttaw: Nationwide development plan to focus on agriculture, industry: "THE Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development released its National Comprehensive Development Plan (NCDP) yesterday at the Pyiduangsu Hluttaw session in Nay Pyi Taw. In the report, the ministry prioritises the agricultural and industrial sectors in the coming phases of its 20-year master plan (2010-2030) for the country?s economic development, aiming to generate job opportunities in these two sectors. At the meeting, the Joint Bill Committee in the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw also discussed the National Project Bill for the next fiscal year."...Amyotha Hluttaw: Transport ministry to regulate drones: "THE Amyotha Hluttaw continued its session in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday, approving four reports and discussed three questions, including one about the use of drones by people in Myanmar. In response to the question about the use of drones, Deputy Minister for Transport U Zin Yaw said the ministry is planning to issue rules and regulations and registration protocols pertaining to the use of drones. He said although drones can be used in terrorist attacks, they are useful for many purposes that can benefit society. The Civil Aviation Department under the Ministry of Transport is planning to issue an Advisory Circular on the use of drones around the country, he added."
