The first session of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw should be held within 15 days after the beginning of the first session of the Pyithu Hluttaw...The reports, papers and Hluttaw records published by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw or under its authority shall be privileged...The State Peace and Development Council shall call the first regular session of the Pyithu Hluttaw after the constitution has come into effect.
