This can not be avoided. If we turn away from this responsibility there can be very grave consequences. Therefore, the individuals who have been empowered by the people in the free and fair elections that were held have the right to convene in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Peoples Assembly Law. This is why we made it known to all that all elected representatives of the people and the states will convene and form the Peoples Assembly"
