"The Myanmar Climate Change Alliance (MCCA) was launched in 2013 with the support of the Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) and is being implemented by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). The Programme works as a platform to mainstream climate change into the Myanmar policy development and reform agenda, but it also supports all on-going actions and activities on climate change from the National Government, Local Authorities, NGOs, Development partners, Civil Society and the Private Sector.
