"There are three major components to China’s global ambitions: The Belt and Road Initiative, 5G, and the South China Sea. John Sitilides: One of the benefits of having a command economy is you can plan out what your objectives are and then order your corporations, your banks, your lending institutions, your industrial leaders to undertake the policies you need to achieve the goals under a command economy.
