Nay Pyi Taw, 29 Oct — "The Amyotha Hluttaw (Upper House) continued for the 25th day session on Wednesday. Deputy Minister for Energy U Aung Htoo said that No 1 Oil Refinery (Thanlyin) will be renovated upon completion of mutual cooperation tasks with foreign companies to build a new oil refinery so as to distribute ROM 92 advanced fuel for domestic consumption. Moreover, feasibility studies are being conducted for environment and socioeconomic status of the people to be able to build an oil refinery that can distribute fuel RON 92 to central and upper Myanmar..."
