Regardless of how Japan put reasons to help Burma's brutal regime like 
the airport project, the history has clearly proven that the farmers and 
peasants in Burma were routinely robbed by the military to pay back your 
Japanese ODA loans. Does that still mean huminitarian Taishi and Gaimusho 
guys?
