entertains National Convention delegates
YANGON, 10 June — The Entertainment and Welfare Subcommittee of the National Convention Convening Management Committee is organizing entertainment programmes for delegates to the National Convention every day starting from 7 pm at the gymnasium of Nyaunghnapin Camp.
Yesterday evening, the delegates were entertained by Myawady Anyeint Troupe. It was enjoyed by Chairman of the National Convention Convening Committee Secretary-2 of the State Peace and Development Council Lt-Gen Thein Sein,Vice-Chairman Minister for Electric Power Maj-Gen Tin Htut, Chairman of the Work Committee Chief Justice U Aung Toe, Chairman of the Management Committee Auditor-General Maj-Gen Lun Maung, members, officials and delegates.
First , Pianist U Chit Swe and vocalist Ko Min Naung entertained the delegates with classical songs. Next, Vocalists Thiri Ko Ko, Kawt Mine, Nan Myat Thandar Ko and Ringo also sang songs to entertain the delegates.
Afterwards, the delegates were entertained by “Myawady Anyeint Troupe” comprising dancers Wine Chit Chit Aung and Aye Aye Oo; comedians Nay Kya, Hnget Yoe, Sin Kye and Pyaung Pyaung. Minister Maj-Gen Tin Htut and Auditory-General Maj-Gen Lun Maung presented cash awards to the performers.

The coordination meeting between resource persons and panel of chairmen of the Delegate Group of Representatives-elect held the meeting hall-2 at 10 am. Present on the occasion were members of the panel of chairmen U San Tha Aung of Mro (or) Khami National Solidarity Organization, U Maung Gyi of Union Pa-O National Organization, U Yaw Aye Hla of Lahu National Development Party and U Law Hsin Kwam of Kokang Democracy and Unity Party and resource persons U Tun Kyaw of Namhsam Township of Shan State, Deputy Director U Maung Maung Phyu Tint of the working group-4 of the National Convention Convening Work Committee and Assistant Director Daw Tin Tin Nwe.
