Burmese army base
in Khaw-zar village southern Ye Township, Mon State
use 13-20 years, young girls by forcing as model girls showing fashion to
entertain their commander in the army camp during the night time everyday,
according to the villager arrived the border, confirmed by the IMNA source in
the area.
“Every day seven young girls
from a village quarter were collected by the soldiers under the Tactical
Commander No.3, to entertain their commander Colonel Nyi
Nyi from 7:00 PM till 12 :00 PM in the closed door of
army camp although their parents wouldn’t like,” Mr.Nai
Min Tin said and IMNA source.
“No body were allowed by the
army to watch.The army did not allow even thw girl parents to
see and pick back their daughter home
after the show,” Mr. Nai Min added.
“During the soldier came to
collect the girls, they came with gun, just point on the girls and did not ask their
parents permission or not. But they took the girls to the camp anyway,” He
added.
“Many sexual
harassment did to the girls. For the girls, not so much beauty, they let these
women to massage the commander and other army officer. But no body get about the rape case happening
out at the moment,”
The fashion show
restarted since
“Some women were repeatedly
used and the commander ordered to the girls used to practice singing “Ma Ni Sandar” song to sing it during they have to show in the
next show,” the source said.
“The song was
become popular in the villager,” the source added.
Because the soldier not
allow villager to watch, not allowing the girl parents to see what their daughter
doing, such Ms. Khaing Oo 16 years old, Ms. Kyae Lai 18 years old, Ms.Kaydar
Oo, and Ms Khin Mar Myit who were used for fashion
show repeatedly tried by their parents to send them where is free from the
show.

Burmese soldier from Light Infantry battalion No. 282 raped two girls, Ms. Ma
Yu 18 year and Mrs. Kyan Yit
