Speaking on the occasion, the Senior General said.

In conclusion, there are two things to say; the management course opened
today is attended by members who are discharging basic duties of the
association and the advanced management course by executives who are
discharging leadership duties at various levels; as patriotic youths
discharging the duties of the association and national duties, trainees need
to learn subjects taught at the courses; it is needed for all to study hard
so as to know national political outlook, organizational outlook and security
outlook; the second thing is morale; it is the time when efforts are being
made to build the nation composed of national races, into a peaceful, modern
and developed one; everybody is to have conviction that this end is to be
achieved through nationalist spirit and Union spirit; they also have to have
determination to march toward the goal, boldly facing any kinds of subversive
activities and aggression; nationalistic spirit and Union spirit have the
power to safeguard the nation and they are also powerful forces which can
prevent destructive and bullying acts and aggression.
