Analysts in US say the Burmese currency is one of the most unstable in the
region and it is
very likely that one US dollar's exchange rate is going to be 400 Burmese
Kyats later
this month.

The military regime known as SLORC [ State Law and Order Restoration Council
] seems
to be worried that the Kyat's value is falling far more than it was expected
and the 
remedy to control is  detaining the money traders. Will it solve the proble?
The answer is 
crystal clear."This is not what a government can force  to do.
