Dear David Arnott
Thankyou for your kindly help. I got this news with
Japanese language and translate with the software and final touch by myself.
That may be some mistake.

Subject: Re: Jiji - Than Shwe ordered to
close all USDA offices of the whole country.
Dear Tin Kyi,
There are some serious
problems with the English in this article -- for instance, the title means
that someone ordered Than Shwe to close the USDA offices, which hardly makes
sense, and the 2nd para is very difficult to understand. Here is a corrected
version, so far as I can understand the meaning -- you will have to check it
to make sure I have not made any mistakes.:
Than Shwe orders the closure of all USDA offices in
the country.
Yangon June 29-(Jiji) -
It has been learned that the Myanmar military regime's subsidiary
administration, the Union Solidarity and Development Association (USDA) has
received a top secret notification from the authorities to close all branch
offices throughout the whole country, and to stop all activity by the
29th of June.
The USDA was founded by the Burmese military in
September 1993. The central and district executive positions are held by
military officers. The Organization's role is to confine the political
activity of the NLD in cooperation with the Burmese military. According to
well-informed sources in Yangon, the notification was issued personally
by Senior General Than Shwe, the Chair of the SPDC, who also holds the
position of President of the USDA.
