Every day, Military Operation Strategy No.3, under the command of government Military Southeast Command forced 50 villagers from four villages in Ye township rotation to work at the Hungan-Hparound road construction.
50 people included women, were forced to work at the 3 and half miles long road, that military planned to construct it with only villagers forced labor.
