"Many people and organizations have commented that the event that never happened before in Burma has happened now. It refers to the current dialogue process between the military regime and the National League for Democracy (NLD). However, unfortunately, it is still not entirely certain whether it is an authentic process, which would successfully create a democratic transition of Burma, or a political strategy of the regime, prolonging its power. The NLD announced to resolve the issues of the country several times, by establishing a genuine political dialogue, and so did the major ethnic resistance organizations.
