December 22, 2003: Military government brigade No-22 from Karen state is killing and using villager as human shield while they are lunching an offensive to Mon splinter group moving in Southern Ye township, Mon State. Brigade commander Colonel Nyi Nyi Swe killed 3 people and caught 14 people.
