An aquatic product merchant from Aung Mingalar village, Maungtaw Township, transported a cargo of crabs towards Sittway and was on his was back when an explosive device exploded near Kyeekanpyin (South) village bridge around 8 pm. The vehicle he was on tumbled into a nearby creek...."
