Arakan figures?

A number of reports appeared last week about clashes between Rakhines
and Rohingyas  in Arakan. They report several hundred Rohingya deaths.

I have asked some organisations which have people on the ground, and they 
give 10
as the maximum number of deaths. Two private Rohingya sources say "7-10" and
"25 maximum"

This is all very confusing.

Does anyone else have figures or can explain this rather wide discrepancy?
