Your implied message that free discussion on the internet (which is, and
has been widely available for years) will somehow lead to dialog in
Rangoon is unsupported by facts.  Why should the regulation of Panyoma's
list have anything to do with the climate of discussion inside Burma?  
Isn't it more useful to focus on the actual situation of media in Burma?  
Complete junta control, draconian laws regulating even basic video and
photocopy and fax technology.  Geez, roll up your sleeves and create a
more open atmosphere for all parties inside Burma, will you?  Until then,
your complaints about how some individual runs his or her private list
ring a bit empty, don't they?
