Is the race of Myanmar

Frequently, occasionally
Is seen Myanmar mentality
Unknowable at large
But often it does emarge

Those who know applaud
Others who did not notice not
A spirit that is so special
That of Myanmar people

They eat what they have
They wear what they get
They live a life that is fair
Their place pleasant ever
A spirit so loveable
That of Myanmar people

Puppets with tangled strings
Are not to their liking
Nor are the foolish that err
The bad with rough manners
Nor do Myanmar sway
To the rough, foolish way
The spirit taught by Buddha
The spirit taught by Dhamma
That is the spirit of Myanmar
