SINGAPORE, SAFE HAVEN FOR SPDC'S GENERALS & THEIR FAMILIES

Singapore is a country  whose leaders often defend and boast about
so-called Asian values. Freedom of expression is deterred in this country.
Democratic means and norms are bitter words for their statesmen. No wonder
the generals in Burma trust the governing body from Singapore and entrust
most of the state funds to the banks in Singapore according to the western
intelligence sources. 

The generals' spouses are known to frequent Singapore for business and
pleasure. As visa restrictions on the SPDC's generals and families to visit
the United States and the EU countries have been in effect , Singapore seems
to be the only  safe haven for the generals and their families to engage in
business and tradings,using the state funds. Teak and precious stones are
the major resources to advertise and sell in Singapore at the cheapest price
as the regime is in need of hard currency.
