Come friend to our land
It is so peaceful, pleasant
With so many pagodas
Flourishes Buddhists sasana

Come friend to our land

With many scenic attraction
Cultures and traditions

Come friend to our land
It is so peaceful, pleasant
With gold, silver and gems
Resources from the land

Come friend to our land
It is so peaceful, pleasant
With rich farms and forests
Food crops in abundance

Come friend to our land
It is so peaceful, pleasant
With wells, lakes and rivers
So many of them there

O, friend come to our land
All friendly Myanmar people
Offer warm welcoming hands
With hospitality for friends

Only while you are here
Break not shady branches
That give you coolness
Come with a mind pure
