Subject: Will Dictatorship continue to live well into the 21st Century?

Will Dictatorship continue to live well into the 21st Century?  If it will, 
where?  Is it a necessity for 21st century human beings to be subject to 
such a ruling? if it is not, should we attack dictatorial regimes all over 
the world in a form of world coalition against one-party, one-man, one-race, 
one-religion, one-clique rules?  pliz share ur thoughts and proposed 
actions.  at least, name the countries where dictators rule.thankz
