Gee Julian, be a sport, publish the rest of this document, its so, well,
unsubstantiated, and the CIA has gotten so much bad press, it would be
nice to substantiate. 4 billion dollars? That's a lot of unaccounted for
drug money? Did they pay in cash or long term credits?
