ST-Burmese prisoners 'let down' (r)



At lest Mr. Mawdsley should critize his son for not respectig the rules and laws of an independent country and he should critize himself for not bringing up his son to be an dispilined person.

In Myanmar we have the following proverb:

"Tharr thamee ma kaung miba gaung; Tapyi ma kaung hsaya gaung" that means the parents are responsible if their children are not good and Teachers are responsible if the pupils are not good.
