Okkar is telling one truth and one false . It is true Ne Win is a traitor
not because he was married to  foreigner twice, but the whole destruction of
our motherland . General  Ne Win is responsible along with many of his
cronies for 37 years of tragedy.

Watch out! this is the beginning of post-Ne Win era .
