This is a typical rant from Nicholas Greenwood, tourism entrepreneuer.  I
think he is referring to the position of the National League for
Democracy, winners of 82% of the seats in national elections.  If he is
able to show that the position of the General Secretary of the party is
somehow divorced from the position of the elected MPs of the party, his
argument might gain some currency.  Unfortunately for Greenwood, he is
unable to show this, so he rants and fumes...

Greenwood has been thrown out of a couple of on-line tourism fora for foul
language and repetitiousness.
