Subject: For the first time ever, French stock market! 45-48% US Investors/Nat Ad Campaign

YOu will see next month, if you are in paris, watching TV, for the first
time ever a french national investment campaign to drive french
consumers to discover the stock market, something that they still havent
done. The French are only represented by less than 12.5 of the French
stock market, La Bourse, while Americans hold some 45-48%, reports the
French national daily, Le Parisien, October 3. 250 TV spots, 15 second
flashes, at cost of 4$ million the equivalent of lanching a new car. You
know the slogan, stocks arent only for the rich...Since the last five
years, the number of individual shareholders has stagnated, at around
5.2 and 5.5 million (how they get the spread dont ask me) while in other
EUROPEAN countries, its rising. The campaign is paid for by six
companies, Alstom, Rhone Poulenc(TOTAL), Suez Lyonnais des Eaux (TOTAL),
bank Credit Agricole, bank CCF, and Cortal.

And guess what, in FRance, they are "baptising" November 20 "The
Individual Shareholder Day".

Makes you think of TOTAL here, and kinda makes you want to puke. Or
laugh at how the French once again let themselves get fooled. There is
no end to it, but remember, the controlling interests here control
virtually everything (the media, corporations, politics, the elite are
all in the same bag, so there you go, crossover and doublecross)
