This is to notify all readers of S.H.A.N. reports, including long =

Independence subscribers, that beginning this month, S.H.A.N. shall =

publication of its monthly newsletter, Independence.

Independence has been in circulation since 1983. During its 16 years=20
existence, we have been able to produce 165 issues. The next issue, due =

be in circulation by mid-October, shall be No. 166.

All those who are interested in reading it are requested to send their=20
addresses by e-mail. They are also encouraged to share in with the =
