Sheesh!! who would have thought it!! Amazing..

One can now  take a peaceful walk into the rural areas and 
find peaceful peasants working happily in the chains of the road 
gangs.

A nice place to visit, just like the unseen rural areas of S Africa 
which tourists never got to visit huh? One wonders why..

But one already knows why...  It's all that "tranquility", it
gets to one after a while and one feels far too sleepy to 
think about anything of much worth, such as the tranquilo
ruling military  junta and the peaceful secret po-lice..

This statement (UN) has gotta be the Best joke I have heard 
for a while.. Many thanks
