Hi John,

Refered with my knowledge to answer your questions
indirectly, "No..Myo Saunt who I know is U Ba Thaung,
and he attended the event." But Daw Khin Saw Win
wasn't. 

The NCGUB did not give none of these people to release
this information to the public.

These people themselves did the extra willingness by
not knowing of the harm way.
