In response to your mail of  9-21-99, this is to clarify as follows:

(1) All members of the Executive Committee members of Sittway Township
     NLD resigned on 27 Nov 1998.
(2) 11 ordinary members resigned from the NLD  of Sittway Township on 
     6 August 1999.
(3) So there are still more ordinary members of Sittway Township NLD.
