??????????????? The promotion of the ancient langauge.

Similarly to the violence promoted by the Ikatha killers of S Africa
when under? the instructions of the white minority of Pretoria. Okkar
is one of the "primitives" of this world. Employed by his masters to
confuse and disinform. With little understanding or care for history,
but with a destructive expertise in propaganda. He is what we can
call herein this missive, a "Blood Money genius". In that he is paid
to work for an illegal and inhumane regime.?

But when such as Okkar writes about "tribes". It is also an insult to
all non-Burman ethnic nationalities, including the Karen to which
Okkar says he belongs..? But one doubts that his reality and politics
really belongs to anything, except to his masters. Who use him to
utter insults at those from the Shan and the Karenni nations.

It is an old ploy for the power structure employed to talk of
"tribalism".
It almost makes me laugh, for I immediately think of the Scots and
the English. Just two of Okkar's so called tribes that now live in
unarmed harmony along with the Welsh. All on the same little island.

True, it is the same little island that used to "rule the world". And
wherein its primitive past the English crown had laid waste to the
highlands of Scotland.? And maybe that fact alone would make an
old fashioned nationalist from a former coloney mad as hell.?
But the British crown left its neocolonialism way behind in an
uncivilised and (by the growth of intelligence) deeply regreted
past. And now only trade remains. Or not.??

We are now listening to the Timor militia using the same racist
language.? Screaming out their new found rage that "The UN
are colonialists!".? But apart from the right wing in the USA, not
a single intelligent person believes that kind of statement to be true.

Okkar could be what in the US would be called an old fashioned
"Good'oi boy"?.? Generally a racist and a so called christian.

Because Okkar commits what is probably the worst sin in politics.
In that he openly uses racism for his and his masters own ends.
And with a indecent lack of regret, does it only to stay on top of
the army heap. But a heap of what?? And with a reputation on a
world stage that leads to the encroachment of sanctions?.

One after another the sanctions appear, as the international
community awakes itself to discover the figures and the facts
about any fair land imprisoned within a bamboo curtain. One
all of the generals making.

Similarly to those who resemble him in the USA, or anywhere
else, as social attributes, to the outside world Burma seems of
but? little value. But in the generals case. They are seen as a
part of a future non racial state structure under an elected leader.
Which can only be with the inclusion of Saw Aung San Suu Kyi,
who may only live for another fifty years, but whose memory and
policies will never be forgotten.

And while Okkar is way lower down the ladder than the generals.
Generally his language is a reflection of the neonationalistic,
the democratically lazy, armed to the teeth with threat and with
triumph and always, always the language of defending "his land"
from some hidden enemy with whom his masters chose "not to talk".

I find it pathetic to think of Americans behaving in this way,
especially while they have such a generally high standard of living.
But one finds it even more tragic when similar behavior patterns
are in effect in a whole nation in the southern hemisphere. For
whether that most deadly of mentalities exists either left wing or
right. The world knows it to be a philosophy built upon the profits
from blood, excuse and racism.

"The Right to Self-Determination" has been denied to all Burmans
and non-Burmans alike. And it has nothing to do with the British's
"divide and rule" policy.

The Shan would, at least, would have been better off, had they
had listened to the British and to have strived for independence
on their own and not together with the Burmese. Similar to Malaysia.
Staying under the British for a few years. To later gain
independence with existing political, social and economics
infrastructures somewhat intact.

Into this mix, such as Okkar brings both their bloodied pay checks
and singular mouth.

One that recently imprisoned a young English girl who had traveled
to Burma? Only because she felt sorry for the refugees she had
met in a neighboring sovereign nation.
