received  Military  Attache of Russian  Federation
Col Vladimir I Kontchakov  who has  completed  his
tour of duty and newly appointed  Military Attache
Col  Vasiliy I Savenkov  at Dagon  Yeiktha  of the
Ministry    of   Defence   at   9.30   am   today.
