The Nation (6-9-99) (r)

First, the junta, SPDC, should hold dialogue with the NLD in order to
improve all conditions in the country. Second, the junta must step
down. Third, the elected persons from 1990 election are allowed to form
a legal government. Finally, people, all walks-burman and non-burman,
will take parts in governing and other forms of all civilization for
the country and for the nation.

All the problems and poverty persisted in Burma are reinstated by
mismanaging by the military.
