MORE PARANOIA IN THE ARMY AS THE 9.9.99 DRAWS NEARER

It is barely a week before the 9/9/99. The regime in Burma issued several
orders for the military personnel so as to deter possible security breaches
that will lead to the uprising. The orders included not to come to Rangoon
without proper orders from high ranking officers and not to take leave until
further notice.The people inside Burma are also praying about what might
happen on Thursday, the 9th of September 1999. It is reported that  regional
commanders of the Burmese army are busy placing more security forces to
tighten security. 

This is the regime that came to power by force and it is also undeniably
true that SPDC is formed  the most paranoid military brasshats in the world.
After the kennedy assassination, Ne Win told the army to confiscate all
telescopes used for guns. It was when the gun licenses were issued for gun
owners. That proved Ne Win's extreme paranoia. Today's regime is not less
paranoid than Ne Win. As soon as the year of 1999  began , it is reported
that leaders of OSS including Col. Thein Shwe were concerned and discussing
about how foreign governments could fund the dissident groups abroad and how
these dissident groups could instigate the 1999 uprising. 

Today security forces are in stand-by positions in Rangoon and ubiquitously
in the whole Burma.  Commodity prices have been getting sour as fear and
paranoia among the people is also rising.The more senior oficials of the
regime seem to be meditating seriously as the time is getting closer as it
is the only remedy left to take as security meseaures have already been
taken. Intelligence analysts in the United States  said that violence in
other forms could arise  in  Rangoon any time before or on the 9th of
September 1999.
