United Engineers forms Dhaka unit

[SINGAPORE] United Engineers has formed a fully-owned subsidiary in
Bangladesh to undertake import, export, distribution and procurement
activities there. The subsidiary, UE Bangladesh, is held through UE Myanmar
and will further promote the latter's existing Myanmar-Bangladesh trade. UE
Bangladesh has a paid-up capital of three million taka (S$106,000).
