I am writing a chapter on Burmese minority development projects in
the border regions. Toward that end, I am looking for some information and
would appreciate any assistance with 

	1) any information, or ideas on where information might be found
	on,border development projects

	2) places where I might find good maps of border areas that depict
	small towns and roads

	3) does anyone know if there is a database on which one can do
	keyword or subject searches on articles in the New Light of
	Myanmar?
	
	4) information on the Frontier Administration Council or Frontier
	Areas Administration  

	5) information (i.e., articles) on the proposal/debate to provide
	the SPDC with a development package in return for improved human
	rights.

Your help will be much appreciated and acknowledged appropriately in the
chapter.
