President of Asian Badminton Confederation arrives
	
YANGON, 10 July-President of Asian Badminton Confederation Deputy Prime 
Minister of Thailand Mr Korn Dabbarnnsi and party arrived here by air this 
morning to watch the Golden Eagle Asian Juniors Badminton Championship 1999 
to be hosted in Yangon.


The president of ABC and party were welcomed at Yangon International Airport 
by Minister for Sports Brig-Gen Sein Win, Ambassador of Thailand Mr Pensak 
Chalarak and officials, Director-General Col Thaung Htaik of Sports and 
Physical Education Department, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
President of Myanmar Badminton Federation U Kyi Nyunt and Secretary-General 
of ABC Mr Punch Gunalan.
