Minister inspects construction of Kanbawzathadi Palace

YANGON, 10 July-Minister for Culture U Win Sein, accompanied by 
Director-General U Nyunt Han of Archaeology Department, Director General U 
Zaw Than of Fine Arts Department and officials, arrived at construction site 
of Kanbawzathadi Palace of King Bayintnaung in Bago this morning.

Assistant Director U Thein Lwin of Archaeology Department reported on 
situation of the palace construction and the hall w here statues of King 
Bayintnaung and the queen will be kept. Director-General U Nyunt Han and 
Tanpawady U Win Maung gave supplementary reports.
