Nepalese delegation visits pagodas, National Museum


YANGON, 27 June-The visiting Nepalese cultural delegation led by 
Mr Harihar Sharma which arrived here under the arrangement of 
cultural exchange programme between Nepal and Myanmar, accompanied 
by Assistant Director U Tin Hla Thein of Fine Arts Department, 
paid obeisance to Shwedagon and Maha Wizaya Pagodas this morning.


    The delegation then visited Pyidaungsu Ayeyeiknyein.


    At 2 pm, members of the delegation visited the National Museum 
of the Department of Cultural Institute. Director (Museum) Daw 
Nu Mra Zan conducted them round the museum.


    In the evening, Director-General U Tin Htoo of Fine Arts 
Department hosted dinner at the National Theatre in honour 
of the Nepalese delegation.
