41 members resign from Kyaikto Township NLD


   YANGON, 27 June-Forty-one members resigned from the 
National League for Democracy of Kyaikto Township, Mon 
State.


    Forty-one members of Kyaikto Township NLD, Mon State, 
of their own volition, resigned by sending letters of 
resignation to Kyaikto Township Multiparty Democracy General 
Election Commission and the party concerned on 12 April 1999 
as they no longer wished to participate in party politics of 
NLD.
